Terms of Use
Version 1.1.0 · Last updated: 18 September 2026
Welcome to AgriSafe. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the websites, services, corporate systems, scoring tools, applications and APIs made available by AGRISAFE TECNOLOGIA LTDA., enrolled with the Brazilian corporate taxpayer registry (CNPJ/ME) under No. 39.291.628/0001-29, with its registered office at Rua Gomes de Carvalho, 911, Sala 209, Vila OlÃmpia, São Paulo/SP, CEP 04547-003, Brazil ("AgriSafe").
By browsing, registering or using any functionality, you (the "User") — whether as an individual operator, as a representative of a contracting company, or as a rural producer who is the subject of the data — declare that you are aware of and fully agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms apply to all AgriSafe services, including the web Platform, the App AgriSafe and App noCampo applications, the MktHub portal and the institutional websites. Contractual use of each product may be supplemented by product-specific terms and by the applicable adhesion agreement.
2. Access and eligibility
2.1. Access is restricted to persons aged 18 (eighteen) or over and to professionals regularly engaged in the Brazilian agribusiness input chain, cooperatives, credit intermediation or financial structuring.
2.2. The User is solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality and security of their credentials (login and password). Any activity carried out using validated credentials shall be presumed to have been performed by the User to whom they belong.
2.3. The User undertakes to immediately notify AgriSafe's Data Protection Officer (DPO) (Section 8) of any suspected unauthorised access, loss of credentials or security incident.
3. Use and security guidelines (compliance)
3.1. The User undertakes to use the services strictly for legitimate professional purposes connected to risk analysis and credit granting, in compliance with civil, commercial and data protection law.
3.2. The User is strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, extracting, reproducing or sharing screens, proprietary analytical data or restricted information with third parties not authorised in writing;
- Using robots, spiders, automated scraping scripts or any third-party artificial-intelligence tool to crawl, index or extract data from the services;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise deconstructing AgriSafe's proprietary models (including Score AGSF, Score Lavoura, ICS — Crop Commitment Index — and the Crosara Methodology);
- Entering information known to be false, inaccurate or fraudulent regarding rural producers or rural properties (CAR, land registry record).
3.3. Breach of these rules shall subject the User and the Contracting Company to immediate precautionary suspension of access, without prejudice to termination of the agreement for cause and to civil and criminal liability for losses and damages.
4. Intellectual property
All software, trademarks, layout, compiled databases and, in particular, AgriSafe's proprietary analytical models (Score AGSF, Score Lavoura, ICS and the Crosara Methodology) are the exclusive property of AgriSafe and are protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers to the User any intellectual property right over those assets.
5. Privacy and data protection
The processing of personal data in connection with the services is governed by our Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), which forms an integral part of these Terms for all purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. Although AgriSafe applies best-practice security standards, no digital infrastructure is absolutely invulnerable. In the event of a security incident involving material risk or harm, AgriSafe shall notify the ANPD (the Brazilian data protection authority) and the affected data subjects within the periods recommended by that authority.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, AgriSafe's aggregate liability for damages arising from privacy incidents or non-compliance with the LGPD shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the Contracting Company to AgriSafe in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the harmful event, per incident established by a final and unappealable court decision. This limitation does not apply to damages arising from wilful misconduct, fraud or intentional breach of data protection obligations.
6-A. Credits, services and rates
6-A.1. Access to chargeable functionality is obtained through credits. A credit is a generic unit of consumption: the User acquires credits, and not specific services, and may use them for any of the available services.
6-A.2. Each service consumes a quantity of credits, which varies by service and may be changed, including as a result of changes in the costs of third-party databases and providers. A change does not reduce the balance of credits already acquired, which remains intact and available for the other services. Because the quantity of credits is displayed and confirmed at each use (item 6-A.3), a change applies to subsequent uses, without prior notice being required.
6-A.3. Before each chargeable use is confirmed, the platform displays how many credits will be debited. No debit occurs without that prior display and without the User's confirmation. For uses that by their nature do not allow individual confirmation — notably scheduled recurring queries — the rate in force is displayed at the time the recurrence is created or edited, and subsequent revisions apply to subsequent uses.
6-A.4. The commercial conditions of acquisition — package prices, credit validity and termination rules — are set out in the adhesion agreement accepted at registration, which prevails over this section as to those matters. The rules of consumption set out in items 6-A.1 to 6-A.3 — the nature of the credit as a generic unit, the variability of the quantity of credits per service, and prior display with confirmation — are governed by this section.
7. Changes to these Terms
AgriSafe may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force will always be available on this page, together with the date it was last updated. Material changes will be communicated through official channels; continued use of the services after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
